The best way to get
the video file is through a download manager,
such as GetRight, as the IMA servers sometimes get overloaded.
Proper download
management is preferable to using Internet Explorer IE FTP,
which cannot handle breaks in file transmission.
If you MUST use IE
FTP, then opposite
mouse click on the download
link,
the select the option "Save Target As".
